Terms of service
The properties included in the You Set the Price! campaign are exclusively those indicated by the corresponding icon in the sheet. All the information referred to in Royal Decree 515/1989, of April 21, and other applicable legislation, is available to consumers in the head offices of the owner of the property indicated in each promotion. The amount of the offer does not include applicable taxes or expenses derived from the formalisation of the operation, as the case may be. Offers made by filling in this form will be subject to examination by the company that owns the property. Once the offeror has submitted the form, that company will contact him or her within no more than 72 hours, excluding holidays and considering Saturday to be a holiday to such effect, to advise them whether their bid has been viewed favourably or unfavourably or whether it has entered into a new process of examination. In any case, should 72 hours go by without the company that owns the property having contacted the offeror, that shall be understood to mean that the offer has been viewed unfavourably. In the event that the offer is considered favourably, the purchase procedure shall continue as published on this page to that effect. This campaign will remain in force until December 31, 2016. It may not be used in conjunction with any other campaigns, promotions or offers. Employees of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. or of any society that is part of its group of companies, are excluded from this campaign and may not participate therein. Once the company that owns the property has assessed the bid favourably, the API will contact the offeror to agree on a day and a time to visit the property that is the subject of the offer. If after having carried out the relevant visit, the offeror is interested in acquiring the property, the Earnest Money contract shall be formalised within no more than 72 hours from the favourable assessment of his or her offer having being communicated to the offeror. Should the above-mentioned period expire without the Earnest Money contract having been formalised, whatever the reason, the property will become free and the company that owns the property may therefore dispose of it as it sees fit. Formalisation of the private purchase contract within the period specified in the signed Earnest Money contract and granting of the public deed of sale within the period established in the signed private purchase contract.
